The only things I can think of are the IKEA and Diesel packs from TS3. Unfortunately, for whatever reason EA doesn't really have much of a history when it comes to branded properties in the Sims.
So, this all sounds great (at least it does to me), but why did I say we will likely never get this? It seems like a home run, especially since EA has a history with Harry Potter (they made 9 HP games between the years of 2001-2011, including a very underrated Quidditch game IMO). Additionally, you could make money on the side by doing things like growing/collecting magical plants or brewing potions (which could be a new skill). Some ideas might be a Professional Quidditch player branch of the athletic career, Minister of Magic branch of the political career, and an Auror career. I think there should be some new careers, or at least career branches that are specifically for wizards and you start at a higher level depending on whether or not you went to Hogwarts and how well you did there. Dumbledore comes over to your house and you have to impress him so he lets your kids into his school. If Hogwarts isn't playable as a school, I think it would be fun if they brought back the 'impress the headmaster' event from TS2. Alternatively, it could be similar to TS4 Vampires, where you choose to become a wizard/witch and you have to rack up points to unlock new abilities. My first thought is that it could be similar to TS3 University, where you send your children/teens off to Hogwarts where they take magic classes and improve their skills that way. There are couple directions I could see this pack going in terms of gameplay. These residential areas would be inspired by the area where the Weasleys live and would probably look similar to the Countryside neighborhood in Windenburg. The first being a snowy one in the mountains inspired by Hogsmeade, the second being a sort of main street like Diagon Alley, and finally 1 or 2 more residential neighborhoods in the grassy hills. Surrounding the Hogwarts neighborhood, I picture 3 or 4 other neighborhoods. On the grounds, there would be a few lots for you to build on, but the castle itself should be a permanent fixture and would obviously be explorable by your sims (secret passageways and all).
Hogwarts castle would be right in the middle, a centerpiece of its neighborhood and the entire world as a whole. I am imagining a world where each neighborhood is inspired by a different setting in HP. There are so many possibilities for a world inspired by HP and the fact that the Sims now uses a neighborhood system actually works to our benefit here.
